Hoffmann in-house operations in the leading hotels in Brazil's major capitals: resident team, installed equipment and immediate response for any event the property hosts. The hotel earns A/V revenue with no investment and to the technical standard of a company that operates for the UN.
We pioneered this model in Brazil: the first dedicated in-hotel AV service desk was set up by Hoffmann back in the 1980s, at the InterContinental Rio, and the operation grew alongside the country's luxury hotel industry, reaching international properties such as the InterContinental and the Pestana in Buenos Aires. In the '90s, we took part in the ISO 9000 certification of the Hotel Transamerica São Paulo, the first for a hotel in Brazil.
The industry recognizes it: 7 Caio Awards, the top honor in Brazil's events and tourism industry, and 6 awards from Revista Hotéis.
