1. What data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide when filling out the quote form or when contacting us: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, event type, city, expected date, number of attendees, and the message you send.

2. How we use the data

We use the data solely to respond to your request, prepare commercial proposals, and maintain the relationship related to your event. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 7, I of the LGPD) and on carrying out preliminary steps toward a contract at your request (Article 7, V).

4. Cookies and audience measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how people navigate this website (pages viewed, traffic source, device type) so we can improve its content and experience. The tool stores cookies in your browser and processes IP addresses in anonymized form, without identifying you personally. The legal basis is legitimate interest (art. 7, IX of the Brazilian LGPD) and, for visitors in Europe, your prior consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We also use RD Station Marketing, our marketing automation and CRM platform, and Google Tag Manager, which only orchestrates the loading of these tools. RD Station records the pages you visited and, when you submit a quote request, links that history to your contact so our sales team can serve you better. This data stays within Hoffmann and is never sold or shared for third-party advertising.

Visitors in Europe (GDPR): no measurement cookie is activated before your consent. If you reach the site from a European country, you are asked to accept, reject or choose category by category, and Google Analytics stays disabled (Consent Mode v2) until you decide.

Other countries: audience measurement runs on the basis of legitimate interest, and you may turn it off at any time.

To review your choice, use the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of any page. You can also block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, with no impact on your use of the site.

5. Sharing

Your data may be processed by the communication and relationship-management tools (email, WhatsApp, and CRM) used by Hoffmann, always for the purpose of handling your request.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to serve you and, afterward, for the period required by legal and regulatory obligations.

7. Your rights

At any time, you may request access to, correction of, anonymization of, portability of, or deletion of your data, as well as withdraw your consent. To exercise your rights, write to eventos@hoffmann.com.
